Preliminary assessment

A swamp is phasing into a residential yard on Light Brigade Dr. The affected ground does not correspond to any known local wetland. Its apparent boundary has not remained stable, and its place of origin has not been established.

The survey below marks the target property and the surrounding area under observation. Further findings will be entered in the incident record as conditions develop.
